We've been handling handyman repairs and home renovations together for nearly 20 years.
After owning a successful home cleaning company in Austin, TX we moved back to Florida to be close to family and raise our two boys.
Having owned a number of properties over the years, we understand first hand how even the smallest projects can pile up and feel like an overwhelming (and never ending!) list of chores.
They keep you from enjoying your home to it’s fullest, and can impact your daily flow and even your relationship with your partner!
We set out to change the handyman experience and help our community of neighbors with Remarc Property Services.

MatThew CRAMER
Remarc Owner
Matt has had a passion for fixing stuff and mechanics since he was a kid. As the son of a single mother, he spent much of his time taking things apart to see how they worked and putting them back together. He was fascinated by learning how they worked and he rebuilt his first car at 16.
It wasn’t long before friends and family were asking him to do more complicated home repair jobs all the time. Small jobs turned into complete home rebuilding, drywall repair, carpentry and other home repair and maintenance work.
Matt has been working as a professional handyman since 2008, catering to satisfied clients throughout Sarasota and the surrounding area.
He is also a certified ASC mechanic since 2008. In a former life he worked for one of Florida’s premier terrazzo installers maintaining, repairing and rebuilding all the equipment and handling maintenance on the entire property as the shop supervisor.

Ashley Cramer
Remarc Owner
Outside of her 20+ years tackling home improvement and renovation projects with Matt, Ashley has an extensive background in customer relations, project management and marketing. She also spent 6 years as an office manager for a busy medical practice in Tampa.
After graduating from the University of West Florida she was the billing project manager for the largest international law firm in the world (DLA Piper).
Having managed home and business projects large and small, Ashley understands first hand how critical it is to properly scope projects, meet proposed timelines, create accurate estimates and stick to budgets.
Ashley has a passion for interior design and homesteading. She is also the mother of 2 boys who take after their father in their insatiable desire to learn and understand how the world works.
