There are a few things we do not do. These require either a general contractor or other state licensing.
We can often refer you to a trusted contractor if a project with us requires one of these services!
Otherwise, if you need these services, insist on verifying the license of your contractor!:
- Fix appliances
- Plumbing (We CAN replace fixtures, install faucets, etc.)
- Electrical
- Fence installation
- Large Tree trimming
- Landscaping and gardening (no license required)
By Florida law, electrical and plumbing work must be completed by licensed professional
Absolutely! We are happy to work with your licensed electrician, plumber or contractor to repair and clean up what they leave behind so your house looks like new again!
We are happy to work with any materials, fixtures or other items you have already purchased.
Or, if you want us to source and acquire them for you – we can help with that, too!
We do require all materials to be purchased on site before beginning work.
We accept cash, ACH, check or credit card (with 4% fee)
For handyman technician work, your total is due upon completion on the day or service.
For larger projects, a deposit is required to schedule your service and the balance is due upon completion.
Typically your deposit will be 20%. Then 70% is due on the day of completion. And the final 10% is due at final walkthrough, to ensure you’re happy with your project and any remaining needs are addressed.
